This is a favorite dish at Buttermilk, and a favorite of many South Indians around the world. While rasam can be a delicious soup by itself, when mixed with rice it's a warm, delicious bowl of comfort food. You can have it as is or add some vegetables and Indian pickle for added spice and texture. We dare you to not love it.
